He is survived by : his children, Monika (Shawn), Dayah, Patrick Jr., Mckenzee and Alayjah; his grandchildren, Hunter, Chaz Jr., Julianna, Mila, Jaeda and Lucían; his siblings, Troy (Sue), Curt (Jen) and Raymond'Bill' (Trudy); and his close friend Erika Hess. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends, relatives.
