He was predeceased by: his father Tommy; and his brother Charlie. He is survived by: his sons, Kyle, Shawn and Ricky; and his siblings, Glenn, Philip (Sonya), Butch (Donna), Brenda (Mark) and Bill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
