She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Slack and Mary Slack; and her brother Joey Slack. She is survived by: her husband John Reynolds; her children, Michelle Smith, Andrew Smith (Ellen) and Julia Penman (Jay); and her siblings, Richard Slack and Cathy Hagan (Jay). She is also survived by 5 grandsons.
