With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Irwin (Hagersville, Ontario), who passed away on October 13, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Caroline; his son Richard Walter (Ricky); his brothers, Alfred Irwin (late Doreen), Donald Irwin (late Marie) and Lloyd Irwin (late Maralyn); and his siblings-in-law, Sam Rounce (Lois) and Mary Alting (George).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Lynne, Karl Hogeterp, Sarah, Adam Butcher, Silas, Asa, Amadea, Amy, Lance Visser, Kennedy, Felicity, Kevin, Danielle Hogeterp, Gerrit, Josephine, Mackenzie, Laurie and Arthur Struyk (Daniel); his sister Julie Goldbach (Vinnie); and his siblings-in-law, Isabelle Adcock (late Neil) and Bill Rounce (Cathie).
A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hagersville Cemetery (8904 Indian Line Rd, Hagersville, ON N0A1H0).
