He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Proctor and Ellen Proctor; and his wife Evelyn (Sweet). He is survived by: his friend Wendy Robertson; his siblings, Mary Manning (Bill), Russel Proctor, Nancy Jefkins (Ken) and Brian Proctor (Kim); his grandchildren, Sebastien Moreau (Elise), Courtney Sears-Forget (Jason), Shelby Sears-Forget, Mackenzie Marriott, Kayla Charland (Rene), Kimberly Sears (Rachelle), Kendrick Sears (Ann-Marie) and Kristien Tache (Amy); and also, Stan (Janice), Val (Jean) and Myrna (Mike). He is also survived by his great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kenabeek Hall.
