He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Mary; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law Penny; and his daughter-in-law Julie.

He is survived by: his wife Judi; his children, Kelly (Dennis Howard) and Ian (Deborah); and his siblings, Peter (Sharron) and Colleen (Rich Spence). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
