He was predeceased by : his nephew Nicholas. He is survived by : his siblings, Bill (Barb), Barb, Jim (Sandra) and Mike (Debi); his nieces and nephews, Marc, Nicole, Kasandra (Mark), Alli, Kyle (Candra), Lucas (Keisha), Brian, Daniel, Bradley and Shelby; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wyatt, Charleigh Matthias and Kinsley.
