He was predeceased by: his sisters, Sandy Barr and Nancy Strohack. He is survived by: his spouse Doreen Gainforth; his children, Bill (Melanie) and Dan (Karen); his grandchildren, Thomas, Ryan, Kristen and Mitchell; and his sibling Skip.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation - Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
