He was predeceased by : his brother Donald. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Wilson; his children, Paul (Kim), Debbie (Ed McCallum), John (Marilou Mizzan) and Tracey; and his grandchildren, Lauren (Chris W.), Adam (Ashley), Jeff (Jessica), Hilary (Ryan), Andrea, Courtney (Monte), Brett (Lauren), Holly (Pablo), Michael (Laura), Ryan (Joanne), Shawn (Alex), Lyndsey, Andy and Carter. He is also survived by twenty seven great grandchildren.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation or the Haliburton Hospital Auxiliary would be appreciated by the family.
