He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Kathy Francis; his parents, Don Mayhew and Evelyn Mayhew; his siblings, Tim (Jackie) and Terry (Joy); his nieces and nephews, Josh (LeeAnna), Luke (Virginia), Jillian (Justin), Elizabeth, Kayson, Ben and Amanda (Steve); and his great-nieces, Iva, Mya, Ava and Callie. He was also cherished by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Masks must be worn at all times inside the Funeral Home and please adhere to social distancing rules.
