He is survived by: his significant other Laurissa; his children, Kassandra "Kassie" and Michael "Mikey"; his parents, Debbie and Rex; his brother Nick; his grandmother Ila; his parents-in-law, Charlie and Carrie; and his brothers-in-law, Josh and Chris. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
