With solemn reverence, we commemorate Aileen Mary Connell (Hamilton, Ontario), whose life came to an end on November 20, 2025 at the age of 100, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Terry; her parents, Helen Jacklin and Howard Jacklin; and her sister Evelyn (Charles). She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen (Stan), Brian, Barry, Dale (Kim), Diane (Dave) and Maria (Paul); her grandchildren, Marc, Jennifer (Ryan), Patrick (Ali), Jeremy (Stef), Emma and Amy; her great grandchildren, Morgann, Nash, Jack, Eloise, Remy and Rowen; and her caregivers, Kim, Victoria, Veronica, Elizabeth, Jen and Jackie.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the P. X. Dermody Funeral Homes (796 Upper Gage Ave, Hamilton, ON L8V4K4). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (305 E 37th St, Hamilton, ON L8V4B5).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Catholic Missions in Canada (CMIC.ca) would be appreciated.
