He is survived by: his wife Sonja; his sons, Trevor (Colleen) and Darryl (Jody); his grandchildren, Charlie, Eloise and Myles; and his siblings, Mary Van Delft, Jane Boonstra, Alyce Oosterhuis (Tom) and Nick Horzelenberg (Irene). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
