He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Rastelli and Carmela Flammini Rastelli; his parents-in-law, Francesco and Diomirra Emilia DiGiuseppe; and his siblings, Lucia (Domenico Maltese), Amina (Vittorio D'Archangelo), Guido (Maria Rastelli) and Benita (Ettore Tavani).
He is survived by: his wife Lidia Rastelli; his children, Ivania Rastelli-Cino, Giuliana Rastelli (Rob Harvey), Tony Rastelli (Laura), Emilia Rastelli and Carm Rastelli (Mike Barbera); his grandchildren, Michael (Sara), Catherine, Owen, Sarah, Jessica, Alexander, Lidia, Becca, Katie and Julian; and his sisters, Maria (Gino Rastelli), Giuseppina (Mario Rastelli) and Ida (Attilio Di Diomede). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
