He was predeceased by: his wife Rosa; and his parents, Emilia and Vittorio. He is survived by: his children, Emilia (Vito Galifi), Mary (Don DeMasi), Sylvia Maccarrone and Rob Falcone; his grandchildren, Mary Galifi, Joe Galifi (Kasia), Anthony Galifi (Laura), Frank DeMasi (Stephanie), Daniel DeMasi (Frances), Maria Deng (Joey) and Giovanni Maccarrone; his great grandchildren, Stella, Francesca DeMasi, Olivia, Christian DeMasi, Nicholas Galifi, Albert and Victoria Deng; his brothers, Salvatore (late Clara), Fausto (Carmelina) and Ernesto (Ida); his brothers-in-law, Frank Garaffa (Elvira) and Raffaele Garaffa (Carmelina); and his brothers, Ettore (late Delfina) and Giannino (late Adelina).
