He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele Fortino (Maria) and Sante Muraca (Angela); and his siblings, Marianna Filice (Eugenio), Angela Spina (Stanislao), Roberto Fortino (Marianna), Rosina Beltrano (Eugenio), Emilio Muraca (Laura) and Gina Maniccia (Orlando).

He is survived by: his spouse Lina; his children, Mary Jane (Ray Di Gregorio), Candida Pitton (Armand) and Claudio Fortino (Marlynn); his grandchildren, Daniel (Simone), Bianca John (Robert), Johnny (Jessica), Sara (Frank), Carla (Matt), Eva, Michael, Mark, Steven (Abby) and Rocco; and his siblings, Eugenio Fortino (Lidia), Anna Fortino (Eugenio), Carmine Fortino (Liliana), Laura Muraca (Mario), Dora Gatto (Umberto), Carmine Muraca (Rita) and Ada Lico (Nino). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
