We are sad to announce that, on March 29, 2024, at the age of 95, Almira MacPherson (Hamilton, Ontario), born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Chisholm and Margaret Chisholm (Boyd); and her husband Lauchie. She is survived by: her daughters, Gael and Beverly (Mark); her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Andrew, Louise and Max; and her cousins, Archie Boyd (Ottawa) and Helen MacDonald (Antigonish). She is also survived by forty nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Friends of Peru, Good Shepherd, or the charity of your choice.
