With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alojzija Saje of Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Terezija Gazvoda and Jožef Gazvoda. She is survived by: her sons, John R. Saje (Cheryl) of Bragg Creek, AB, Danny I. Saje (Sherri Nakamura) of California and Andrew E. Saje (Valerie) of Blairmore, AB; her grandchildren, Jake and Maia-Rose Saje of California; her siblings, Martin Gazvoda (Frances) of Burlington, ON, Milan Gazvoda of Slovenia, Lojze Gazvoda of Slovenia and Ancka Klobucar (Ivan) of Hamilton, ON; and her close friends, Maria Tompa, Tilka Jakša of Hamilton, ON and Mary Jo Vajentic of Boardman, OH. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be gratefully accepted by the Crowsnest Pass Health Foundation "Mental Health Program" (PO Box 455 Blairmore, AB T0K 0E0).
