He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Holmes and George Avalis; and his father-in-law Walter Adams. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Tammy Norsworthy (Jason) and Andrew Avalis (Taylor); his grandchildren, Emily, Ashley, Jordan Norsworthy, Leland, Brendan, Quinn, Ivy Avalis and Andrew Norsworthy; his mother-in-law Joan Adams; his siblings, Linda Ciappara, Robert, Rick, Victor Avalis, Ronald Playford, Lisa McVey, Sue Stewart and Lisa Curtis; and his brother-in-law Wayne Adams.
