He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Sr. and Angela (Scime). He is survived by: his wife Judy (Blackwood); his children, Lynn, Dr. Dean, Gale (Hannah), Mark and Romina; and his siblings, Carolyn Cornale (Michael), David (Francine), Chuck (Clara) and Richard (Karen). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made St. Joseph's Health Foundation and the Hamilton Academy of Medicine Foundation.
