She is survived by: her children, Christine Cianferro, Mara and Dan Pericak; her grandchildren, Alexa, Emily, Eric and Maya; her brother Gaetano Monaco; and her brother-in-law Joe Suffoletta. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, friends.

“We are very sorry to learn of Annunziata's passing. She would mention my mother, Bianca D'Alessandro to her worker, Jackie. Jackie had my mother as a client too, we learned. This morning Jackie told us that a woman who goes by the name Nancy who lived on Garside passed away and used to mention to Jackie that she and mom were friends. At first, we didn't know what Nancy was talking about, so I took to the Internet & found out. Our deepest condolences to her family from my mother & I (Vito.)”
