He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Agatha. He is survived by: his brother Ron (Heather); his nephews, Derek (Kara) and James Reuvekamp (Diana); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jade of Hampton, Lexi of Hampton, Tayla of Hampton, Nova of Hampton, Bryn of Hampton, Avery of Hampton and Allie of Hampton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
