With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Antonietta Edda Franchino (Hamilton, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio; her close friend Ben Wey; her parents, Damiano Altavilla and Luigia Regeni; and her sister Lucia.
She is survived by: her children, Adriana (Harry), Barbara (Fred) and Michela (Johnny); her grandchildren, Sean (Christine), Michael (Melissa), Matthew, Joshua, Dane (Alicia), Luke (Sarah), Drew, Meghan (Justin) and Bisnonna; her brother Claudio (Lucia); and her nephew Matteo.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the P. X Dermody Funeral Home (796 Upper Gage Ave, Hamilton, ON L8V4K4).
