He was predeceased by: his spouse Olga Lacentra; his sibling Sebastiana Lacentra; his siblings-in-law, Nicolina Maiuri and Elena Maiuri; and his parents, Giovanni Lacentra and Lucia Lacentra of Milan.
He is survived by: his child John (Diana); his grandchildren, Isabella and Gabriella; his siblings, Nicola Lacentra and Graziella Lacentra (Nicola); his siblings-in-law, Orazio Maiuri and Natale Maiuri; and his grandfather Zio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
