He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Piccoli and Rosina Piccoli; and his siblings-in-law, Domenico Mostacci, Lelia, Giulio D'Ulisse, Tina, Pietro Piccoli, Maria, Mario Piccoli, Giuseppe and Elena Viola.

He is survived by: his significant other Anna (Mostacci); his children, Cynthia, John Piccoli and Maggie McGugan; his grandchildren, Mico, Zavi Penich, Pearl, Florence, Margaret and Jane Piccoli; his parents-in-law, Antonio and Amelia Mostacci; and his siblings-in-law, Rino and Nancy Mostacci. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel Ltd. (43 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L2V7). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Church (165 Prospect St N, Hamilton, ON L8L 6X7). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Our Lady of Angels Cemetery (681 Mud St E, Stoney Creek, ON L8J3B8).
