Archdeacon John D. Rathbone Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Archdeacon John D. Rathbone of Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Elsie; and his brothers, Bill, Murray and Bruce.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Katherine Hartog (Philip) of Burlington, Peter (Melodie) of Hamilton, David (Leanne) of Georgetown, Anne of North Bay, Aaron (Priscilla) of Oakville and Rebecca of Rome, Italy.; his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicola, Alistair, Hilary, Shawn, Daniel, Adam and August; and his great grandchildren, Franchesca and Logan.
