Though Arthur may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Marjorie Smith (Nash) and Gordon Harry Smith. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Pamela Tasane (Alex), Carolyn Lopez (Jo), Violet, August, Lily and Zoey.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Arthurs' memory to the Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation, which supports the hospitals and doctors that gave him amazing care over many years, would be appreciated.
