She was predeceased by: her mother Erica Simcoe (Meier); and her son Matthew Preston (Julia). She is survived by: her father Ernest Simcoe; her husband Stephen Preston; her sons, Jonathan (late Leah) and Gregory (Kristine); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Nathan, Jamieson and Elizabeth "Ellie" Preston; her stepgrandchildren, Samantha Rutherford (Anthony Boyd) and Daniel Rutherford; her sisters, Helen Gawley (late William) and Patricia Simcoe; and her siblings-in-law, Annette Rhodes (Howard), Lorraine Preston-Orchard (Robert Orchard), Gina Smith (David) and George Preston (Marianne). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
