She was predeceased by: her husband John; and her son John. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Zazula and Gail Chapman (Angelo Carretta); her grandchildren, Joel, Chantelle Chapman, Nick and Taylor Chapman; and her great grandchildren, Ceaira, Chloe, Nicky, Scarlett and Ellie Chapman.
