She was predeceased by: her parents, Trientje Staal-Huizenga and Andries Staal; and her sister Greetje Staal. She is survived by: her siblings, Tineke Staal, Kees Staal and Charlotte Tjaar; her children, Milena Dobric, Alexandra Dobric (Al Dosant) and David Dobric; and her grandsons, Jonas Bagg and Stephen Bagg.
