We bid farewell to Barbara Florence (Hamilton, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 9, 2026 at the age of 87. Barbara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Lord; her husband James; her parents, Margaret Gibbs and Ross Gibbs (Phylis); her grandson Dylan; her nephew David; and her friends, Murray Robertson, Norma Noftell and Keith.
She is survived by: her in-laws, William, Rita Salisbury, Mary (Keith) and Ray (Connie); her grandchildren, Rita (John), Mara (Raffaele), Jordan (Joy), Nathan, Meg, Billy Jack, Amelia, Sophie, Dallas, Eden, Sofia, Nolan and Celeste; her sister-in-law Isabelle Salisbury; her nieces and nephews, John, Karen, Mark and Debbie; her cousins, Cheryl, Brian, Kathy, Greg, Doug, Jeff, Thelma, Charlotte, Francis, Gary, Sharon, Ronnie, Lori and Debbie; and her friends, Barb Hillmer, Mary Jane Olsav, Susan, Lou Friscolanti and Linda Shortt. She is also survived by Mom was a courageous Mother raising 4 children.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Clark & Sons Funeral Home (567 Upper Wellington St, Hamilton, ON L9A3P8). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Villa Chapel (56 Governors Rd, Dundas, ON L9H5G7).
