She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Mazewski and Mary Danchuk (Edward Lezon); and her daughter-in-law Kelly Lezon. She is survived by: her children, Richard, Dianne (Ed), John (Lori), Christine (Iain) and David; her grandchildren, Jeremy (Lydian), Nicole, Danielle, Andrea, Elyse (Aaron), Christopher, Justine, Lucas, Alicia, Alexander, Ethan and Michael; her great grandchildren, Quinten and Owen; her cousins, Steve, Walter (Joan), Emil Zamora, Peter and Tom Seiminski; her extended family Poland; and her friend Steve Grzenda.
In lieu of flowers donations to the SPCA or the Good Shepherd would be appreciated.
