He is survived by: his parents, John Smith and Ruth Smith; his sister Jill van Wijk; his wife Kristina; his children, Cohen and Griffin; his niece Julia Santone; and his nephews, Max van Wijk, Ben Santone, Max Santone, Xavier Santone and Phenix Santone. He is also survived by extended family, countless friends.
