With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian Costa (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on July 5, 2021 at the age of 29. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Arianna and Cecilia; his parents, John Manuel Costa and Rosa Mirassol Costa; his siblings, Carina, Marissa (Brandon) and Leandra; his grandparents, João, Maria Preciosa Costa, Manuel and Ana Maria Mirassol; and his cousin Mirassol.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Brian's memory to: St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation – designated to the Mental Health Emergency Services Unit or Diabetes Canada.
