He was predeceased by: his wife June (Mary); and his son Douglas. He is survived by: his children, David Doll, Carolyn Day (Michael) and Debra Anderson (Larry); his grandchildren, Joshua (Carol), Malcolm, Robert, Vanessa, Stephanie and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Aria and Jillian.
