We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2025, at the age of 93, Carmelo Scime of Hamilton, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Carmelo's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L2V7). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann Church (120 Sherman Ave N, Hamilton, ON L8L6M6). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
