It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Bourke-Dunphy (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Mike. She is survived by: her daughter Erin (James Chapple); her grandson Roland; and her siblings, Rose, Edward (Shirley Vella), Helen and Dorothy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research would be appreciated.
