He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Destro (Mendola) and Anthony Destro; his siblings, Gus Destro, Mary Tulamello (Sam) and Jenny Infurnari (Joe); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Duizendstraal.
He is survived by: his sister Lena Busby (late John); his brother-in-law James Martin; his wife Jean; his daughter Tina; his friends, Sam Marchese and Eileen Marchese; and his brother-in-law John Martin. He is also survived by many nieces, great nieces and nephews, life-long friends.
