He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Anita Joldersma (Martin), Jeff Eleveld, Douglas Eleveld (Lucille Christiansen) and Jennifer Smith (Paul); his grandchildren, Anne (Ken), Shirley (Jeff), Laura (Scott), Karen (Aaron), Henry (Michelle), Andrew (Katelyn), Joyce, Nette, Isabel, Doug and Kaden (Adana); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Moriah, Alexander, Isabel, Susie, Claire, Connor, Mary, Callie, Emma and Caleb; his siblings, Tita and George; and his niece Arlene Mussche (Henry).
