She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Barr; and her children, Gale Tucker (Cecil) and Scott. She is survived by: her brother Lloyd Smee (Florence) of Georgia; her sister-in-law Doris Hayward (Ed) of Hamilton; and her grandchildren, Sara, Alyssa, Beth, Meagan, Danielle, Ashley and Michaela. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
