She is survived by: her children, Massimo Assogna and Guy Assogna (Frances); her grandchildren, Erich Assogna (Brandy), Michael Bazinet (Aaron), Jasmin Assogna (Jordon), Nicole Assogna, Danielle Assogna (Jermayne), Kane, Lorelai, Violet, Ivy, Dominic, Anthony, Landon, Gabriel and Jovanni; and her sister Vilma Del Conte.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Hamilton Chapel (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Tombeau Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
