He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Louis Carboneau and Helen Georgina Ross; and his daughters, Kim Arnold (Ken) and Lisa Gonnering (Tim). He is survived by: his wife Jean Beverly; his grandchildren, Katie, Evan Contesti, Josh, Jordan Gonnering, James Gonnering (Stephanie) and Jane Bliejerveld (Dylan); and his siblings, Donna Brown (David), Sandra Holliston (Ron), Ken Gonchar (Trudel) and Gordy Gonchar (Coleen).

When Covid shut down services, Cliff and Jean faithfully watched church on-line up to the present time.
