She was predeceased by: her husband Rocco Gallizzi; her son Joseph; her parents, Rocco Fazari and Annunziata Fazari; her brother Mario (Marisa Fazari); and her siblings-in-law, Annunziata of Italy, Giuseppe Gallizzi of Italy, Concetta of Italy, Bartolo Lauro of Italy, Domenic Gallizzi, Catina and Vincenzo Anselmini of Guelph.

She is survived by: her children, Michael, Teresa (Frank) and Nancy (late Sam); her siblings, Leonard (Annina Fazari) and Gina (Charlie Alaimo); and her brother-in-law Angelo Seminara of Italy. She is also survived by grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations to St. Peter's Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
