He was predeceased by: his uncle Cathy Dyer; and also Tara. He is survived by: his parents, Harry and Susan; his grandparents, Arnold Ward, Mary Ward, Harry Wolstenholme, La Vivian Wolstenholme, Keith Barnard and Helen Barnard; his uncles, Cathy Ward-Griffin, Ted Ward-Griffin, Tim Ward, Julie Ward, Connie MacKeil, Ivan MacKeil, Jeannie Pyatt, Greg Pyatt and Richard Dyer; his friend Justin Kennedy; his sister Melissa Birley; and also, Jeff, Brian, Kristy, Danielle, Alicia, Shane, Matthew, Michelle, Vanessa, Christine and Justin.
