He was predeceased by: his parents, Damjan and Cvijeta; and his siblings, Milja, Rade and Milka.
He is survived by: his wife Milka; his sons, Zdravko (Svetlana), Slavko (Maggie) and Uros (Annie); his grandchildren, Ana (Aleksandar), Michael (Natasha), Maria, David, Adriana, Victoria (Ryan), Petar, Christopher, Lana, Rosie, Charlotte and Sadie; his pet Decker; and his extended family, Zdravko Gligich and Drago Trkulja.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home (36 Lake Ave Dr, Stoney Creek, ON L8G3N3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral (149 Nash Rd S, Hamilton, ON L8K 4J9). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Woodland Cemetery (700 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J3).
