With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daphne DiFrancesco (Hamilton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 2, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her husband Vic of Driscoll's Pub; her parents, Alan North and Sally North; and her siblings, Barry, Marian Evans and Audrey Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Rick (Anna), Sandra DiFrancesco, Janet and Drew Robertson; her grandchildren, Sofia, Serena DiFrancesco, Mitchell and Blake Harrington; Thomas Evans. She is also survived by many friends and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home (1774 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8K 1V7). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
