He was predeceased by: his father John Crewson; his sibling-in-law Ken Mielke; and his grandparents, Lorne Llewellyn, Jack Gilmour, Rita Gilmour, Ed Crewson, Doris Putman and Bob Putman.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Crewson; his siblings, Shannon and Joshua; his parents-in-law, Dave Mielke and Jenny Mielke; his siblings-in-law, Tim, Jen (James) and Brenda (Rob); and his grandparent Esther Llewellyn.
