He is survived by: his brother Dominic (Mary-Louise); his nephews, Jay (Jazz) and Stefan; his niece Amanda (Lisa); his great-nieces, Mila and Layla; his cousins, Mary Rappazzo Kelly (William Kelly), Frank Rappazzo (late Debbie) of Hamilton, Vera Tocco (Pino) of Hamilton, Teresa Marchese (Piero) and Giorgio Marchese (Loriana) of Italy; his friends, Sean and Carole Hammond; and his former wife Meigan Brewer.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA or the Diabetes Association of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
