He is survived by: his spouse Catherine; his parent Donald Lamka; his parent-in-law John Hamilton; his siblings, Dorothy Mittelholtz, Audrey (Dennis), Billy, Mike (Debbie), Cathy (Bruce), Theresa, Fran (Norm), Brenda (Ron) and Rob (Shardell); his siblings-in-law, John (Bonnie), Rick and Mike; his godchild Carrie (Barry); his nieces and nephews, Kate (Chris), Eric (Sarah), Matthew and Nicholas; and his pet Elvis. He is also survived by several other nephews and nieces.
