He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Oliveira and Delfina of Jesus Martins; and his brothers, Domingos Martins Oliveira and Manuel Torres Oliveira. He is survived by: his wife Carolina Veloso Oliveira; his son Paulo Joseph Oliveira (Daria); his siblings, Adelaide Martins Oliveira and Carlos Torres Oliveira; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Isla and Alexander.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L2V7). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Parish (23 Sheaffe St, Hamilton, ON L8R2N7). An entombment was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (580 Old York Rd, Burlington, ON L7P4Y6).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juravinski Cancer Centre, Hamilton.
